SunGard Financial Systems Full time Programme:
On joining the SunGard Financial Systems 18 month Full time Programme you will participate in an orientation and induction programme that focuses on helping you make the transition from campus to the corporate environment. You will be introduced to the unique nature of our industry, our products and the markets in which we work. This will give you the opportunity to pick up the basic business skills, as well as to settle in and meet your new colleagues. You can start networking with other graduates, your line manager, mentor and ‘buddy’.
Because your development is important to us we offer continuous learning throughout and beyond the programme. We have a wide variety of classroom- led and online courses available to suit your individual development needs. We host a speaker series which will give you the opportunity to expand your network and learn from people who have already demonstrated they’re the best in the business.
You will have responsibilities right from the beginning and we will expect you to perform; however you will not be left on your own and there are continuous assessment points within the program that help us monitor your progress.

SunGard Financial Systems Summer intern Programme:
Our ten-week Summer Intern Programme runs from the end of June until the end of August and is designed to give you a glimpse of working life and life at SunGard. It will be a busy and challenging summer for you and we work with you to set personal goals and objectives for you to achieve. Working within an innovative and entrepreneurial environment will mean that you are constantly challenged to raise your game!
In addition to your training and induction your manager and buddy will support you over the summer to help you adjust and settle. There will be lots of time to network at some of the social and networking events we have planned. If you do well we will offer you a place on the following year’s Full Time Programme when you graduate.
